DriveFino is provided as an instructor management service at drivefino.com. Contact us at support@drivefino.com.

DriveFino helps driving instructors manage students, lesson bookings, availability, notes, notifications, and related business records. You must use the service lawfully and only for your own driving instruction business unless we agree otherwise.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and telling us promptly about unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of student, lesson, pricing, and business data entered into the service.
• You are responsible for obtaining any required consent, authority, or lawful basis to store student, parent, guardian, and emergency contact data.
• You must not enter data you are not authorised to process or use the service for unlawful monitoring, harassment, spam, or misleading communications.

Founding plan customers receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the founding plan is €14.99/month unless a different written agreement applies.

During beta, billing may be handled manually. If automated subscription billing is added later, we will provide payment instructions and any updated terms before any charge is due.

You may cancel by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges after any current paid period unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may retain limited records where required for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another instructor's workspace or data.
• Interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape the platform, or overload infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data you do not have authority to process.
• Use DriveFino to send spam, abusive messages, or misleading notifications.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but beta software may change and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You retain ownership of the instructor, student, lesson, and business data you enter into DriveFino. You grant us permission to process that data to provide, support, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

The instructor/customer is generally the controller of student data they manage in DriveFino. The platform processes student data on behalf of the instructor/customer.

• We will process student data according to documented instructions from the instructor/customer.
• We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data.
• We will help with data deletion, access, and correction requests where reasonably possible.
• We may use subprocessors such as hosting providers, email providers, support tools, and future payment providers.

DriveFino, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DriveFino is provided without guarantees that it will meet every business need or be error-free. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data caused by user action, or business interruption, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

We may update these terms as DriveFino develops. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland unless a different written agreement applies. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@drivefino.com. Privacy and data questions can also be sent to support@drivefino.com.
